When The Washington Post debuted The 7 Podcast, I leveraged branding and photography created by Newsroom designers to produce cross platform media and apparel. In doing so, bringing awareness and generating excitement for the newest way to get caught up. Both brevity in messaging and positioning the podcast as a daily habit for audiences were key while developing this campaign.
Animated ads ran on social platforms including Meta and Reddit, as well as on The Washington Post site. Tote bags and travel mugs were perfect companions for listeners on the go, while stickers add versatile fun flair.
